President Dr. Zheng Mingguang is appointed by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) member of the Standing Advisory Group on Nuclear Energy (SAGNE). President Zheng is appointed from March 2013 to the end of 2015.

SAGNE was established to advise the Director General on the Agency’s activities in the area of nuclear power, nuclear fuel cycle and waste technology, and on matters concerning the assessment of the role of nuclear power in sustainable energy development.
