After six hours and 34 minutes' process of raising and maintaining test pressure of the reactor coolant system, the hydrostatic test for Unit 4 of Chashma Nuclear Power Plant was successfully completed on September 14, 2016.

The completion of the test confirms the safety and stability of the 300MWe nuclear power plant in Pakistan. Commissioning team from Shanghai Nuclear Engineering Research & Design cooperated with engineering, operation and installation companies to prepare the test, and provided reliable and strong technical support to utilities.
