24^th to 26^th June, 2013, SNERDI delegation headed by Vice President Mr. Gu Guoxing visited the Institutt for energiteknikk, OECD Halden Reactor Project in Norway. In-depth discussions were carried out around the issues of fuel test, statistical analysis, control room, human factors research and design and operation support systems. The delegation also visited the Halden Reactor.

The Halden Project is a joint undertaking of national organizations in 19 countries sponsoring a jointly financed programme under the auspices of the OECD- Nuclear Energy Agency. It brings together an important international technical network in fuel performance and materials.
