The third Saturday in September every year is set as Nationwide National Defense Education Day.

This year, September 18th is the 21st one.

Nationwide National Defense Education Day, one of various national defense activities, is a themed day set aiming to widely spread national defense education. 

The target of the themed day is to promote patriotism, enhance nationwide defense importance awareness, thus leading to the consciously performance of the defense obligation, supporting and participating the national defense building.
