SNERDI’s intranet has created a new column recently called “The Advanced Individuals”. 

Since the pilot run up to date, it has been a little bit more than one month. The target of creating the column originated from the company’s high levels, suggesting more description of those individuals of working level, thus to present the good mental outlooks of SNERDI staff.

Since the November 1st, the column has publicized closely up to 50 articles, two thirds of them about individuals and others about teams and their members.

Respect individuals, focus on their working progress, and deliver caring practices to them has been a long tradition of SNERDI. Each and every department, project or even their inferior teams has outstanding staff worth be learned from.

The column opens a window for the whole company to know their colleges, using the inspiring stories to lead all going forward steadily and creating a better SNERDI.
